New intake

Fitted this at the weekend.

K&N FIPK. It now sounds like I have an angry bear under the bonnet of the car who has his balls stuck in a vice. At 6k RPM when VTEC kicks in, someone tightens the vice. WOOOOOOOOOAAHHHHHHHHHHH!

DMS Pro65R going on next week to complete the sound.

Honda have some of the best intakes i was under the impression most cone filters etc had a negative effect on performance for the most part?
not that i'm saying that is the case with all Honda but its certainly the case within the Prelude circle

Maybe, maybe not.
For that sound I'll trade a few horses.

You get the same noise with the lid off.

I disagree. I was running lid off for a while before I fitted the FIPK and there is no comparison.
