Hi

Im looking at building my first CPU WC setup using the folowing components. My case and other components are in my sig.

I was wondering what everyone thought of it, or possible recommendation to change it?

Thanks

I personally would swap out the XSPCs for another fitting, since i had some dodgy ones recently and so did a few other peeps, but chances are they will be fine.

No need for a hose cutter, a razor blade or scissors work just as well. The AX rad is OP, would go for a EK pe one instead to save cash, as in terms of spec, they are practically the same. If you want to go premium though, the RX XSPC rads would be my first choice. Res pump bay combos tend to be a little noisier and are less flexible when you come to change case or loop. If the loop is only going to be a couple of blocks, you can save a decent chunk of cash by going for a cheaper pump.

Not a fan of the block either but tbh, itl suit you well enough. My top block choices are the Supremacy, XSPC raystorm or the 380i.

Thanks for the help Avenged7Fold

On your recommendations I think i'll make the following changes.

* Get rid of the cutter
* Change the AX240 to the EX240,
* Change the compression fittings for the EK-CSQ Fitting 12/16mm G1/4 - Black ones
* Change the CPU block to EK-Supremacy Clean CSQ - Acetal + Nickel

Works out a bit cheaper as well. I would like to leave the EK pump/res as I like the design and don't have much space elsewhere for a separate pump unit.

Thanks

Chris

Looks good. Would still change the radiator to EK PE radiator, as its pretty much teh same as the AX but for the price of an EX radiator.

The pump in the combo is pretty quiet once you turn it down, so dont worry too much if you dont want to change the combo.

I have a 650D somewhere and it is a great WCing case. You can put a 200mm Phobya Xtreme rad on the front if you ever want to include the 780's into the loop.

Funnily enough I looked at the EK PE rad as it seems a good price for its performance.

I think if I decide to include the 780's i'll probably get a new case and go for a larger multi rad setup.

Thanks for your help Avenged7Fold.
