Hi,

Was wondering if anyone could help me. I was wondering when the new Intel SSD (the cheaper bigger 32nm ones) would be coming to OCUK and roughly how much we would be expecting to be paying.

Regards

Farore

Edit: could someone delete this thread please? Just noticed that there is already another thread about this.

There are reviews out there already. The new drives will be faster than the old drives and significantly cheaper. It also comes in two flavours, a 80GB and a 160GB version.
The 80GB version should be around £180+ and £300+ respectively :)

If you have any shop related questions, your best bet would be to get into contact with Overclockers either by phone, WebNote system or by using the Customer Service section.

Though, just to help you out, I did get into contact with Slackworth and he said that Overclockers should be getting the Intel X25-M G2 solid state drives in stock on Monday as per my post here. If you would like an update on the situation though, then please use the above methods to get into contact with Overclockers. These parts of the forums are not to be dealt with any shop related queries.

Also, please use the thread already created about the Intel X25-M G2 solid state drives here if you have any questions regarding the drive. :)
