New(ish) racing games

I'm currntly playing the LFS demo. It's great fun driving round the wrong way and seeing how many racers you can force to retire. My name is "The brick wall" and I have a custom skin to match it.

I hope you buy it, then all us LFS'rs on here can report you to the LFS mods and get you banned.

Dont understand the point, its not fun and its annoying. You are the sort of person that totally ruins any onine racing game.

You complete idiot. I can bet you would be the type of person that would moan about somebody cheating on other games, and then you proceed to destroy other peoples enjoyment of a game.

LFS is probably the best driving game, not just on PC but on everything. It is by far the most realistic physics wise, and it just has the best feel imo. There is a great community on the forums and in game, and the pickup online racing is second to none. Ive spent well over 200 quid on it so far, its far too good :). Although, one disadvantage is that it isnt really a casual game, you can play with mouse and some of the fastest people use mouse, but to really get immersed you need a wheel really.

You obviously don't have the skills required to play the game properly.
No-one will see this so called custom skin, auto-downloading is for licensed racers only.

My thought are with Malc and Deko, although I prefer LFS over rFactor.

Actually my friend and I both use custom skins and they showed up for eachother immediately.

And chillout guys, its only a one track demo. Anyone who is half serious about it will buy the real game and not have to put up with people like me. I can't help it if there hasn't been a good car-crunching game (a la carmageddon) in ages.

Its people like you that stop people buying the game. If you go on a demo thats full of wreckers, your certainly not going to pay for it.

Well I can't resist recommending Richard Burns Rally as it still looks quite good (there are some nice cars that can be downloaded too to spice up the selection) but it certainly isn't arcade and beginner friendly.

Trackmania United

Arcadey but so so awesome take on driving game. Some awesome wall riding and stuff in it. Online is awesome too.
If you want to give it a try first, download Trackmania Nations for free online/network play with a level creator.

You both sent each other your skin, so you can both see each others. Nobody else can though, there is no magical demo skin downloader.

And how can anybody get half serious if complete tools like you wreck them before they get a chance to get into it?
