hi moved from sky (With interleaving) to plusnet pro package (no interleaving)
with sky it was constant 400kbps on good and weirdly locked at 300kbs at busy times but 82ms ping minimum (interleaving making gaming rubbish) and pages slow to access generally where as before with 02 before i could at least get 21-25ms pings to servers and websites
with plus net i was on 390kbps ? so i rang them told them about distance and phone sometimes cutting broadband so mentioned i might got to a adsl 1 profile. they said they would look into it and ring me back as they think it is a broadband fault (one i have had for 3years even after new master socket and junction box re-crimped and now 3 different ISP`s. I have a support call number.The speed is now 320kbps..
the router stats are below im assuming they are very poor but im not sure how to interpret them, but the and snr used to be 62 with 02/sky?

any ideas (other than its a crap line) I have quite a distance to the exchange 2.72km and that is straight line, it goes to another village first so its more like 4k! I was happy with 400kbps, just wanted it to remain stable at peak times and not cut off if the phone rang or someone else down street uses phone lol.
btw with 02 after my master socket was fixed (thanks 02) i momentarily got 525kbps at that distance and once 600k ! its slowly got worse again ever since
