New Jag XF-R

Very nice indeed, I do like those new Jags. I just wish they'd put the XK-180 into production, saw it at a Classic Car show years back at the NEC and fell in love with the thing.

Although we were talking to one of the main designers behind it and he said, "if you turn up with enough cash, we'll build you one". Sadly I was lacking the estimated £1.5million it would have taken.
 
I'm sure I saw one of these a couple of days ago - mean looking XF with grills on the bonnet. There are no other models with the bonnet grills are there?
 
No there's non on the other ones, the SV8 certainly hasnt and thats the one below, the XKR has always had vents so fits in with the brand in that regard. Plenty of XJ have the vents and big plastic wheel arch extensions at work, guess they have been XFR underneath as development mules.
 
There ya go! The prototypes are always out and about there (and indeed, was followed by one and given 'the nod' when I was up there about a month ago! :)).
 
I think this is awesome:D

I really hope Jaguar can make a sucess of it. They deserve to do well they have a good line up now.
