I am on the look out for a keyboard that is not only comfy for long periods of time but also very good for typing.
I have a G15 atm and have used many cheap keyboards and many "gaming" keyboards and they fail at typing.
I don't want a laptop style board but a proper IBM style board.
Please i dont want anything from razer, saitech, logitech lol

Sorry if im being over picky but since i spend most my free ours at my keyboard lol, thanks guys :p

That's the one I use, very comfy for long periods of use. It might take a week or two to get used to but after you do you will love it.
Also have one of these and they are awesome once you get use to them and I love the palm rest, nice and comfy
HOWEVER, they are crap for gaming and the slightest spill wrecks em. Doesn't overly like a combination of 3 simultaneous key presses or more, unfortunately including the WASD area. Also spilled about half a mouthful of water on it once and despite immediately unplugging it and trying to dry it, internals got a bit screwy and had a whole load of keys that would no longer work. Still didn't stop me from ordering the exact same model again as they are an absolute joy to type on though

Updated IBM model M keyboards are now made by Unicom and have to be ordered from the US. They have the same 'buckling spring keys' as the IBM, with a Windows key and USB. If you spend a lot of time at your keyboard they are well worth the cost.

I have a Daskeyboard at the moment with similar mechanical switches. But I will probably go back to the Unicom.
