New Lian Li V1000+ Side panel

Just took delivery of a side panel for my Lian Li today,bit different from what i was expecting.It has a mesh panel at the top.

Is this just another revision of the window ? Just that i havent seen one like this before.

That's the +II side panel I think, the mesh is for an normal fan which replaced the crossflow one in the normal + model.
