New look Chrome - I hate it

The new version of chrome is out now (69.0.3497.92)

The interface UI style at the top of the window is horrible, I hope I can get used to it, but currently I hate it.

You can change it back apparently;

1. Type chrome://flags/#top-chrome-md in the address bar and press enter.
2. Toggle next to the “UI Layout for the browser’s top chrome” flag to Normal.
3. Restart Chrome by typing chrome://restart in the address bar and pressing enter.

Haven't tried it myself though.

I actually quite like it tabs right at the top, URL back buttons and apps on the next line then my faves.

Also any way to get rid of the "Current User" crap? I don't support charades designed to maximise data milking potential.

The rounded corners make it look like Firefox a couple of versions ago. I definitely don't like it.

I also hate it. I have a few issues. Like an immediate crash, hang chrome sometime. Why I had updated new version. This is my mistake.

I went back to v68 and disabled updates. There are standalone installers with older versions available.
