New loop flow drops to zero

Lol glad to hear it's not your pump then and its your blocks.

I always use may hems blitz between rebuilds and even on new rads. It's amazing how much gunk is in stuff sometimes.
 
Every time I drain the loop I strip all the blocks down to give them a good clearout. It's always worth doing just to make sure there is no build up of gunk.
 
I won't be putting it back together now for a week or so but I've tested all components individually and everything is fine after cleaning gpu block. I just took it apart and used an air duster to get rid of the crap.

Lesson well and truly learnt!
