yeah you have something obstructing the flow. did you flush the rad before putting it in.
It might be an idea to leave the side of the case off and try and turn the rad so the fans can pull air in without any restriction. Rather then corsair sp120. (Which I use), you could consider ek Vardar f1/f2 or Gental typhoon which allow you to run the fans at full rpm with low noise.
Have you tried running it with the top blanking plate off your res?

was just looking at the ek vardar but the static pressure is half that of the sp120s , althougth i did check a video on the sp120s and they are noisy. Im guessing i can control this thougth my fan controller when not stressing gpu ?
The Vardars out perform the corsair sp
The reservoir is very full so it might be an airlock.
Take some liquid out of the reservoir and leave the top off. Tilt the radiator forwards such that the in/out ports are at the highest point. This should dislodge any air trapped inside.
What rpm are you running the fans at? If the radiator is getting very hot (all over, evenly) this suggests you're at the maximum heat capacity for your radiator space. You should either increase fan speed or increase rad space.
I have the same problem that you already have, mines are 55 and 58 degrees, in a enthoo primo with a monster 4x120 and a 3x120 radiators, problem is that the air inside is insanely hot just because the vrms behind the titan x pcb goes to 90 degrees even 100 with thermal pads on.
the air in the room is over 34 degrees (summer is here and i'm in spain) so 20 degrees over ambient it's ok. I'm going to ek vardar f5's to solve the problem but i think it's not going to be more than 5 degrees below my actual temperature.
i'm asking ek if there's any water solution to watercool rear vrms but still nothing answered.
(Sorry for my english, i know that is not the best, i'm just trying to improve it but it wil take some time).
just seen what it could be, turn your rad fans over to blow out of the case. thats how i have my bottom rad as if its the other way the hot air just gets trapped under the gpus
