I just built a new rig with a 128GB Crucial M4. It's DAMN fast, I can tell - loads into windows from cold boot 34 seconds.

What utilities can I use thought to test read/write speeds? Thanks.

Well, there's ATTO, Anvil SSD Benchmark, AS SSD Benchmark and CrystalDiskMark.

ATTO is biased towards compressible data, AS SSD Benchmark favours non-compressible data and Anvil SSD Benchmark is fully configurable.
