Yes, from a bare shell, every nut and bolt will be touched:P have a look on the link above. Its only one pic, but ull get the idea

I've seen it mate :) Colour looks great. A friend purchased a 1275GT years ago when we first started college, he never did get it finished or started though :(

Lol, well i best get my arse into gear need it on the road and run in by june this year. This is only a 998, however i laboured over the cylinder head for hours, the ports are now huage and shiney, have some good pistons, decent inlet manifold, LCB, bike can, mild road cam, and a 1 3/4 su. Hoping for about 60 bhp, which im sure someone will laugh at, but when in a mini its nout to be doubted, and ill build it right, so should be rev happy.

There's nothing to be snubbed at with 60 horses in a mini. What age is the car originally, whats the history of it etc?

The shell you are looking at is a c reg mk 2 shell? And the donor car is a 89 mini city e, we got annother rear subframe of fleabay for 12 quid-bargain bucket tbh, and the rear subframe is powder coated black, along with the radius arms and brackets so the rear subframe is as new. I have recentley put the wiring loom in place-what a [Watch the language please] of a job:P and now to finnish the shell i will have to paint the bottom of the car in stonechip. Ill come to some meets in the summer to show u all it:D
Also Penski-i have some 12 inch minilites-80 quid of ebay with pirelli tyres, i cant run it on 10s unless i get 7.2 inch cooper disks which im not prepared to shell out for as they are way over budget -its cost like 800 quid so far

Argh! Minilites! Repent! Repent!

You might want to star out the swearies, dude.

As for meets, get your bum to Classic And Retro Show (formerly known as Retro Cars Show) in June...The retro-rides.com stand will be huuuuge!
