New Mini-ATX Build

Nothing unrealistic about building a high-end gaming system in a Mini ITX form factor, you just need to be very aware of space requirements and (in my case) sometimes get a dremel out.

Fair point. For someone who is hardware aware and has probably a few builds under their belt. I may be wrong, but is it the OP`s first ITX build? Not quite as straightforward as a full size build.
I am not averse to modding for custom usability , in fact doing so with my current M-ITX build, but it needs some research and planning.
Alarm bells rang for me when a CPU cooler was not mentioned in the OP`s build. Critical item in terms of both performance and size, especially in a SFF build.

Hence me asking the OP to get some proper system requirements together for everything he wants to do. There's no way you're going to cool a 77W CPU in a Thin ITX case if it's fully loaded with lots of number crunching.
