New Mobo+cpu+memroy Upgrade

Hi all,
Im looking at upgrading my pc motherboard,memory,cpu.
my system at the moment stands at:

amd IIx4 640 clocked @3.49ghz
asus m4a89gtd pro Board
2x2gig ddr3 corsair 1600 xms3
Reason for upgrade, doesnt look like asus have an stable bios for this board for me to purchase an half deasent cpu upgrade.

everything else ive got thats still half deasent.

Ive been an amd man for long time, may be due for a change.
Thinking of an pentium i5 that will clock upto 4.5ghz and memory 8gig at least for the latest games.

would like the board to be usb3 and future proof not like my board
got £300 for board/cpu/ddr3

Any thoughts on these three would be good.
at a later date will be buying water cpu cooler when it comes to overclocking it.
also an ssd.128gig drive
 
+1 for the above. I've just upgraded from C2D to I3570k same board but Samsung 8Gb memory. Difference is unbelievable. Not done any over clocks yet but system now runs like a dream

Ohh and I need to Change my sig

I'd be surprised if you CPU is holding your graphics card back to be honest. But if you fancy and upgrade - why not? :)
