New Mobo, CPU, Ram or New Graphics Card

I went from a p4 3Ghz, 512MB pc3200 and an x700 pro AGP to a p4 3Ghz, 1GB ram, and an x1950 pro, and my 3dmark05 score went from about 2500 to 4500. After upgrading to my current system, at stock I got 8500 3dmarks, and after a moderate overclock, i'm at 10,000...I recommend you get the Asrock motherboard and a cheap C2D like the e2160...you'll be amazed...
 
VIA chipset though! Intel all the way..!! My AGP system gets 6326 in '05 (see sig). Your score seems a little low if the x1950 pro is meant to be better than the 7900GS?
