New Mobo decision

I am currently completely lost on which motherboard to get. Kind of new to building my own gaming pc. There is so many different types out there. I understand that I should probably get AM3+? I want to use the pc for gaming mostly and would prefer if the mobo was stable for ocing up to 3.8-4 ghz.

Budget is no more than £80

Spec: phenom ii x4 965 @3.4
radeon hd 5770
2x4gb kingston ddr3 1600mhz
650w psu
will upgrade heat sink and fan when I plan to oc.
