A forum age restriction based on the user needing a shop account and hence the need for a debit / credit card before you're given access to sign up to the forum would cut down on the amount of silly children posting, this would give the added benefit that you couldn't then re-register once been banned due to the credit / debit card number already been used with another login, would be good for business as well, food for thought perhaps :)

More like a stupid idea to be honest. I actually goto the shop and they dont have my card on file as i use cash.
