new monitor and game settings ?

Hi newb here i have a new monitor which has loads of settings and just wondered what to set them at as my game has slight jerk to it - not a lot but just thought i would find out what i should set monitor at :

freesync has standard - ultimate

response time has - standard - faster - fastest

refresh rate has - 50 - 100 - 120 - 144

input lag - off - on

My card is a RX 580

i am getting around 120 fps in the game and was also wondering do i have "sync every frame" on or off ?

If you google your monitor make/model + settings there is usually a page of recommendations for that specific panel.

With freesync, assume same as G-sync setup, set to 144 if that's the max refresh of the panel then cap your fps at 143/144?
