Hi guys need help with looking for a new motherboard.
I've got the AM3 PhenomII X3 720 Black Edition CPU which supports all the latest cpu's along with 32 and 64 bit systems. And it also supports DDR2 and DDR3 RAM.

Are they any motherboards that support DDR2 and DDR3?
If so anyone got any advice on which to get?

Basically all the AM2+ boards support DDR2 and AM3 boards support DDR3, to my knowledge you can't run DDR2 and DDR3 in the same mobo. I have a 720BE X3 running in this mobo running with 2 x 2gb Ocz pc3 10666 ram

But I had it running previously in this mobo with 3 x 1gb geil pc6400 ram

Considering the Asus takes DDR3 and the Gigabyte takes DDR2, I found absolutely no performance difference between them.
