Hey guys just needing a few pointers as to which mouse to try out
at the moment i have a silverstone raven and its way to big and bulky.
All i had before this was standard optical mouse so i really dont know which way to go.
Iv been looking at a few of the razor models and they look ok but im just not sure.
Any help would be very helpful.

Thanks

I use Razor Diamondback, Steelseries Kinzu and Logitech MX518.
Anyone of these will do the job!

Razer is my favourite though, perfect shape.

wait for reviews for the cyborg r.a.t, they could be the next big thing

I have the cyborg rat 7 and its a very very good mouse, fits perfect in my big hands and is adjustable for all tastes, seriously recommend trying one out if you can

Thanks for the reply guys =)
Iv seen the rat and it must be really damn hard to clean???
The Razer Imperator seems to be the best of both worlds looks like that is the winner

Thanks

I just got an MX518 based on all the kissing it gets here - bad move. The lift off distance is unbelievably high, on every lift I inadvertently flash the cursor halfway across the screen.

I've finally gone wireless for gaming as the sidewinder X8 is good enough imho. In fact it's awesome and I love it. It's fairly big though - dunno how it compares to your raven.

The raven is almost like holding a brick its huge and uncomfortable
Oh and at the moment mine seems to like flashing at me after mayby an hours use =S
I would advise anyone against it.

Another one for MX518 here. I 'upgraded' to a G500 (had a faulty wheel), replaced with a CM sentinel advance but i've gone back to the 518 (which is 6 years old!).

The difference in precision for aiming playing games between lazer and optical is noticeable but optical is enough. Why didn't they make a MX518 with a lazer???
