don't worry got it sorted i just sinked my contacts and did everythin else manauly
since my phones debranded now but i have changed my product key back to vodafone 1 just incase anythin goes wrong
as for the camara it seems to be a lot better also gps is faster lock on

Normally would one wait for say Voda or Orange to release their own branded version of the firmware?
 
yeah i was going to but as far as i under stand when vodafone relese there software update it will update again due to me changeing the product code back well i think thats how it was been reading about it if not it will update when the new version than v12 comes
 
Anbody else with a n95 on t-mobile with the v12 firmware , because i cant seem to get it for mine at all .

Hmmm tried last night to update my sim free n95 and seems like nothings out ie no new firmware which kinda sucks tbh.

One thing that really annoys me about Nokia, is that why the hell can some phones get a new firmware and some cant:confused:. I mean ill be honest with you SE are much much better than nokia at this sort of thing, when they release a firmware..it dont freakin matter where your phone is from...the firmware is avail to all unless your network branded.

Stupid stupid Nokia...still love my n95 tho:p
 
still no update with vodafone even though i debranded my n95 then changed product code back to the vodafone 1 am not really missing much with the vodafone firmware i get more options with the nokia v12 1
 
I've recently upgraded to v12 and although there are a lot of improvements i've heard of one bug that i'm experiencing. Whenever you click on a lot of keys (for example, texting) it seems to forget you ever pressed some of them. Not so great when your trying to write a long text, it feels like you could be making an error but its happening far too much.

Anyone else having the same problem?
 
I've had the key presses not seeming to do anything bug happen to me lots after my upgrade to v12 too.

I've also noticed the phone randomly reboot a few times too, usually when it's inactive and just sitting there. Odd.
 
I haven't had mine reset but i have noticed that it randomly makes the buttons flash twice before going into sleep mode (screen dimming). Although i'm glad they fixed a problem i had, whenever i tried to play back high quality videos it would shudder until it had buffered in the phone memory. I thought this was just my memory card but it seems to be fixed now :D
 
My phone now seems to be a lot better..no more wi-fi drop outs ..also it used to lock up random when you plugged it into the wall charger..seems all good at the mo cant find any other bugs..I wish you could use your own voice tags though..the nokia ones are annoying..I cant see a way how do put your own voice tag onto a contact yet..
 
I cant seem to get this V12. Mine is on 10 at the moment. I am on T-Mobile, is there anyway i can find out when version 12 is going to be out on T-Mobile?
