ah **** should've check my basket.

I gave up waiting for the Asus model i wanted as stock arrival dates everywhere kept getting pushed back every month.
 
My NUC lasted less than an hr after Windows and firmware update as the front phono jack failed and then 6 days later wouldn't even boot. I had to RMA it :(
 
I received the replacement a week later and all appears to be good. There must have been hardware issues with the original one as this one seems to be so much quicker. Same memory and hdd with Windows on.
