Sorry to revive old thread. I've just installed the driver for the Asus Xonar D1, and the HsMgr.exe32 is stopping the 64-bit application from working! Is there any solution other then having to end the process everytime after boot up?

Stop the 32bit process loading via the registry (search for hsmgr and delete the line that loads the 32bit process). Doesn't seem to be needed with 64bit.

Tried the Xonar Unified drivers? Work for me.
