New Ogre Kingdoms Army

So the metal for the movement tray has shown up and i am so very stupid. Turns out stainless steel in non-magnetic, even though all the cutlery in my kitchen says stainless that does not mean it is stainless steel. Lesson learned time to order it again, this time in mild steel......ffs
 
Oh no, how annoying! Still, live and learn :D Could you still use the metal you've got and just glue the opposite polarity magnet on the other side of the sheet?
 
i could, but the bit of metal would sit raised slightly and i would prefer just to get new ones made, it only cost about 6.55 before postage. however they are exactly what i am looking for, they slide very easily over across the grass covered tables at my local gaming club
