So getting older and seriously not wealthy, decided to finally get a comfortable car at not a huge cost over 5 years, decided on a 2017 Jag, lovely to drive but has gone wrong already, finance company say I have to get a garage to list the problems and that they will not pay for this, my first repayment of the loan was taken today. does anyone know where I stand on this? Cheers.

It's a 2017 and 3 weeks. Finance company being dicks TBF. Have reached out to the dealers and they have said they will respond over the weekend.Lets see.

Have a read.

Seems like depending on the fault, you’re still within 30 days to reject the car but you need to act quickly.

You need to reject it this weekend before your period of return is over.
The dealers know this and will do everything they can to make you wait until this period is over.
Dont be bullied, make the first move.
