New OS, what software do you install from fresh?

Just wondering what software people always install on a fresh windows OS.
Like utilities etc (no point mentiong graphics drivers etc as they are obvious)
Im just after a few ideas so i can see what i am missing utility wise to keep my system running like it was new all the time!! and some cool ones ofcourse
