The 6500 comes with the stock intel cooler, it can get a little noisy under load but no need for the cooler i specced a cheaper one will do.

EVGA has the best customer support and has 3 years warranty over the 2 years for the card KFA2 but im a very budget oriented, Its a tuff call but its your call.

You dont need a 1070 for 1080p.
The main reasons for the price diffrence are the above and maybe smaller factors but reliabilty is a diffrent matter as i have had gpu,s from budget and high end manufacutrers.
None have brocken.
If I got the 1070 now i have the options still then of upgrading the monitor at any point without the GPU.
There shouldn't be any issues with my CPU & motherboard with the 1070 should there..?
