The Ryzen CPU’s come included with coolers, but it’s all down to personal preference for that - same goes for the case, just go for any that you like the look of

I already suggested a cooler and case in my previous posts

If you want an AIO (not necessary, but some of us like them, and you spec'd one originally yourself lol) then the Corsair H115i Pro XT is solid or the NZXT X64. But AIOs are a bit overkill on Ryzen CPUs, they really are for overclocking or people who like the aesthetics (me )

Alternatively, if you want something lighter on the wallet and that's also just as good, one of the best air coolers is the Arctic 34 eSports for only £30. There is a Duo fan version for £35 but it's not in stock unless you buy it elsewhere, but only talking 2-3c difference. Another good air cooler is be quiet! Pure Rock 2 Black.

Case wise... as mentioned my personal fav for the money is Phanteks P400 Air as great to build in, good cable management features and airflow. But it's down to your personal taste there is lots of choice about for cases, other good ones are NZXT H510i, Lian-Li Lancool II, Corsair 275R, Corsair 220T, Fractal Meshify C. Up to you

I wouldn't spend almost £600 for a 2070 super. Rog strix stands for "over priced"
