Ok im planning on ordering all this soon (some bits are out of stock, but i dont mind waiting) I only want to use it for gaming, dont really download films so dont need a big HDD, dont see me ever needing more than 6gb of ram so vista basic is fine for me, heres the build:

*new pic below*

Couple of things.
Im lost as to when it comes to a case, just cant decide on what case to pick, just want something that is going to keep it cool, and has room inside to fit all my components. Not fussed about looks. (£150 max, would like lower though)
Also im not sure what sort of power supply to get, so would appreciate some help on that.

You definitely don't want Vista Basic. Change you're EVGA GPU to the OcUK value one (both the same product anyway) and with the saving, upgrade to Vista Home Premium.

Yeah you want vista premium, it has nothing to do with the amount of RAM you'll use, thats 32 bit vs 64bit, and youre right to get 64bit, if you get vasic you wont get any media player etc. you dont want basic :D

Case wise an antec 300 will be fine, and comes in around £50, alternatively if you want to try and get a "quiet" system you can go for a P183 or something but its nearly triple the price so its your call.

PSU wise something around 650W will be more than enough and will allow you to add a 2nd gfx card later too (if you do change to ATI-if you stick with NVidia this isnt an option) look at Corsair, Bequiet, Zalman, Coolermaster, you may also want modular to make your cabling easier

same here definitely get premium. Get a Tuniq tower CPU cooler. Thought about E7400?
i was really edging towards the x3 720 since ive read it overclocks so well.
Ive decided on the 4870 since ill plan to buy another and crossfire them later on along with buying a new monitor.
