Note that that RAM will not overlock as nice as some 2133Mhz stuff but that said I'm still yet to see even a 3960X hold the RAM at its max speed. The 750W PSU I spec earlier will supply enuff juice for this rig tho you may want the 850w if you were ever going to add another GPU for put some mega OC on the CPU.... if you did, it would be the Corsair H100 I would perosnally fit.

tho all in all you could go with something along these lines and then upgrade the GPU, Cooler, SSD etc over time, and please tho my signature has the OcUK logo in the design I don't work for them just a big fan :)

Here I am I never actually ordered the spec given yesterday, why ? turns out I can spend up to £2000 now after hassling my parents again (win) so I need everyone's help again.

I might as well turn it from a Video Editing monster to a gaming one as well ? what should I add/take away with my extra budget.

The main reason for going all out at this point is because I won't be upgrading the entire machine for a couple of years anyway so might as well get as much as I can! so I can order sometime this week.

As Stulid said :D same rig just the newest card nvidia do, and you could also with the extra get the H100 cooler and upgrade that solid state drive to an 128Gb then you could use it for gaming too :) tho the 500R may look a little small with all that gear inside of it tho.

Awesome, keeps it simple enough I'll look into it once the price of the card is out in the wild tomorrow.

Hope the graphics from that beast blow my mind (I've mainly been using my Xbox for gaming at this point) so should be an easy task.

Is what I've decided to go with, would appreciate a last second check from you or anyone else seeing this before I hit the order button.

PSU is good enough for everything in there ? and the liteon drive for xbox usage ;)
