Also, why spend £40 extra on the GPU? You're getting a mild overclock, something you can achieve yourself

The Samsung 840 EVO had degradation issues that have not been fully fixed. I would stick with the 850 EVO.

Never knew that im using a 840 evo since they got released and still 100% fine as my C drive,, all be it a bit on the small size @250gb

Why haven't you gone for an M2 SSD?
Something like the Samsung SM951 or 950 pro.

Bolts straight onto the mobo and will be 4 times faster than a standard SSD.

Under normal usage you are not going to notice much difference.

When my sm951 broke, I replaced it with a normal m2 SSD and haven't noticed any difference. When I got it back from RMA I stuck it in my NUC and I now have the fastest KODI machine ever
