Here double the RAM and HDD and it's new.. Could go for some B grade parts if you really wanted to try go on the cheap.

Just add a decent graphics card i.e. R9 270X for £149. Could also go for an i3 CPU instead for an extra £40 if you're gonna keep splashing cash on that shell anyway.

Really not worth spending circa £300 on that junk, it isn't upgradeable.

That motherboard isn't needed for a Pentium, it's Z87 and the Pentium cannot be overclocked. That PSU isn't all that great either, only 80 plus. Ballistix ram is also generally incompatible with gigabyte boards, no idea why, but otherwise that looks good :D
