With that sort of budget you could go for 290cf. What is the pc being used for ?

If I was getting something pre built in that range I would go with this.

It has the newer Haswell chips, xfire 290s, and the case is highly rated, and a better CPU cooler.

If your open to building it yourself you can get more for your money, but it takes you building stuff so you need to be comfortable with that.
