I finally got round to upgrading my phone yesterday. I replaced my aging Nokia 6700 classic with an HTC Wildfire S.
Now the phone itself I like, it's tricky getting used to the touch screen etc, but my problem is a complete lack of signal in my house. My Nokia never had a problem with signal, and in the same rooms of my house this new HTC has none whatsoever meaning I can't make or receive calls. Obviously this makes it a bit useless and not really fit for purpose as a phone, so I was wondering where I would stand if I took it back to them and told them this. Would I be able to get a different phone? I'm on Three.
Thanks for any advice.
