Its upgrade time !

I have a Samsung galaxy s at the moment and i dont know what to go for next.

i want to stay with android platform, so im thinking one of the following:-

Samsung Galaxy S II
HTC Prime (Not sure when its released or if its android)
LG Optimus 3D


You guys got any other suggestions ?

dont bother mentioning Iphone or Apple !!

Samsung are making the prime, and from the rumblings around news sites it appears to be just an SGSII with NFC and a faster processor (Although I overclock my SGSII to higher speeds that the rumoured 1.5GHz anyway).

Get the SGSII if you want android or wait for iPhone 5 news if you're feeling fruity.

I went from a sgs to a sgs 2. The difference is a lot more than you'd think. Root easy, and even the stock software really zooms along.

Sweet. I do like the look of the SGS2 but i dont know if i want a qwerty keyboard. software keyboard is ok but it covers a lot of the screen.

Im guessing there are SGS2 rooting tut's on the forum somewhere ?

Have you tried a non-stock keyboard on your SGSI? It must've come pre-installed with Swype?

The Galaxy S II will suit you nicely. However, it may be wise to wait for the iPhone 5, you never know, you might think it looks amazing?

Also, a keyboard you say? Perhaps a BlackBerry Bold 9900 is worth a look.

I did use swype to begin with but stopped using it.

Not a big fan of Iphones to be honost. they are not customisable enough.

I use - Keyboard from Android 2.3. Be sure to enable auto correct and all that stuff.

Yeah, Swype . Can take a bit of getting used to but once you do it's easily one of the fastest and most enjoyable keyboards to use.

Wrong! it IS the fastest, albeit in the text speed test, when you have to write the story about a piranha or something!

Yeah, Swype . Can take a bit of getting used to but once you do it's easily one of the fastest and most enjoyable keyboards to use.

I really liked swype at first but it gets really annoying how it adds every typo your making when your type normally.

I think the gingerbread keyboard is easily the best keyboard Ive ever used on a phone (Never used physical before), love how the punctuation marks move to the end of the text for you and all the other little features it has.
