Even in the States there are no "lighted wheels" allowed. I know from personal experience. My wife thought the blinking neon valve caps were cool so bought me a set. They DID look kinda funky, but I didn't like them. Especially after three cops told me they could write me a hefty fine on the spot for having them on...... :eek:

surely they would only work if you did the exact speed they were designed for otherwise the picture wouldn't turn out.
