I think you should seriously consider the shorter hair. I think you can only pull off the longer hair if you dress with a keen eye for luxury fashion (because that emphasises you want to be noticed for it). The metal look with longer hair is possible, but you want to look slick (cold and calculated), not scruffy!

Pfft, I like the way I look. Except for the lack of beard now but that was a mistake.

What is the appeal of it? I cant understand it. I do remember my Mam and Aunties used to think Daniel Day Lewis in Last of Mohicans and Michael Bolton were sexy due to their long hair.. but they did carry it better and in an era thats long gone.

Not really awkward. Takes a while to dry it but apart from that it's not really high maintenance or anything
