i don't normally take pictures of my self in a mirror.. but damn i thought it was easy! :O getting to hold the phone in the correct spot and tap on the button while looking at the mirror is not all that easy.. here's the result lol..

ok, well routing through some pics, and well, thought I would give you guys a laugh. was shocked how bad I looked a short while ago

i have lost 3 stone in the last 7 months or so, and yes, most of that was probs my hair

split from my wife and well, yeh, decided that it just wasn't me. so started eating properly, bought new clothes and well, lost the hair gym is next on my list to tone whats left up.
