Where do you go to get your hair cut like that? What do you ask for? Do you pick it out of a catalogue or do all these poncy modern hair cuts have names? I don't know anyone with fancy hair so couldn't ask them but I've always been curious how you get such a cut?

Yeah you just point a hair-dryer at your right ear for half an hour.
Nah, stick hair product in before you sleep, wake up and your ready to go.
This, just instead of going to sleep, just run a towel through your hair for a bit, then chuck some more product in. Works well with wax, although my hair is too thick to get it spiky when my hair is long
