I've been called Korean, Taiwanese, Malaysian, even half english before
I am however, paler and abnormally taller than the average chinese which does make it slightly harder to guess my ethnicity

I would think so, but non chinese people tend to get offended if you call them Chinese. They like to feel different or something.
Then again, Ive actually been called caucasian once, and that person couldnt believe that I was Indian and not eastern european or something lol.
