It may look nice but it looks to have next to no ventilation. The only fan is a 120mm exhaust and there are no vents anywhere to pull in air. The psu is at the front exhausting out the bottom of the case. It seems to be a recipe for a hot box to me. There are a couple of different angle piccys here.

Looks very nice. What graphics cards can you fit in there, 170mm is quite restrictive I think...
Think the Asus DirectCU Mini (GTX670/GTX760) or the MSI Gaming ITX (GTX760) would be the fastest card that would fit.

Considering there would be minimal airflow (I don't see any air-intake or vent) and restricted space:

...don't think people should be using any dedicated graphic card that require external power anyway. Something like a GTX750Ti would be ideal I think.

It's currently a nice look case, and extremely good value considering the mat and price, but there won't be enough air inside for PSU, CPU cooler and a high-temp graphic card cooler at the same time. If a build is to be done with this case, I would think low-power consumption would be a high priority (so it general less waste heat). I think it would be perfect for something like a Pentium Anniversary CPU plus a GTX750Ti build.

But I must say this is a VERY nice looking case. But buy one and move my mom's Pentium (IvyBridge) m-itx with onboard graphic from the Prodigy to this case, and use the Prodigy for a more powerful build.

I struggle to see from where is the case going to intake the air from, as I can see, it seem to be full sealed front, top and bottom with only exhaust at the back. Without sufficient air inside the case, fans might spin but there would be not enough air for cooling, and exhaust fan at the rear might not even exhaust since there's not enough air inside...any clarification on that TwsT, or any picture showing vents etc (if there is any)?

There are no vents. The link I posted above shows the underside which only has holes for drives to be mounted in. The top and sides are solid. Like I said, it's little more than a hotbox. The only way to get air in there would be to have the exhaust fan as a intake with the cpu fan taking that air and pushing it towards the psu fan. That wouldn't be good for the psu though plus the hot air gets dumped under the case then. It would be ok for a non overclocked pc using the cpu's onboard gpu but I wouldn't put anything else in there.

***Edit*** Just did another search on the case and found this video that shows the left side panel (behind mobo tray) to have vents. This video though shows the side panel as a solid one with no vents.

Does seem like a strange omission.
Indeed. It's almost like they've forgotten "fans would need air to work".

It reminds me of that video I saw of the...I think it was the Corsair 750D, where someone place a candle directly behind the intake fan of the case, and the flame is not going out...and as soon as the front solid panel was opened/removed, the flame went out right away...that means with the solid-panel attached, the intake fan wasn't getting any air from the outside and couldn't even blow-out the small candle directly behind it.
