Hi fellas, I have been toying with the idea of a new project for a while now. I dont know if some of you seen my last project (project annihilator), but i hope this system is somewhat better! I have enclosed some pics and you shoul be to see the spec from the pics, I have stripped the case down and it is off to the powdercoaters tommorow with a bit of luck. I am going dual loop with a EK 280 rad in the base and a XSPC RX360 in the top. I will update the pics as i go along, please bear with me.

Thanks for the comments guys, it probably just shy of £4k but I tested it on the 3d monitors and it is just amazing so had to have it! I just want it built though so I can get over clocking and gaming, apparentley this ud7 mb is clocking to 5ghz on air so looking forward to it on water.

Yes the 580 blocks fit the 570 aswell. I am toying with the idea of another 570 but don't want to get any micro stutter issues with it, has anyone any experience with this?

Does anyone think it will be beneficial to add a 3rd gpu whether it be for psyx alone or as a 3rd in sli as they do need to churn out quite a lot for surround gaming at 120hz? I have just tested one monitor on my 280 sli rig and damn i cant wait to get it in surround 3D. I mean i am not exaggerating it is amazing the effects are just staggering and everything is coming out at you! I have tried COD4, Modern Warfare 2 and Bad Company, Oh and one other GTR Evolution which is amazing!

Well I have got a third 570 today as I rigged one of the screens up last night and have to say although it was awesome I was only getting 30 fps average and that's on o/c 280 setup. So I don't want to have two cards struggling workin there arse off when I can add a third. All water blocks are now fitted, I'll get some pics up when I get chance.

Well I thought it about timefor a quick update. I have swapped the lg monitors due to the fact that the base of them has a eound tube section on them which stops the bezels of the monitors touching so couldnt do with that. Therefore i have swapped them for the Asus monitors and i must say i am glad i did they are excellent! Aswell as being so good, they look good and the bezels are really thin. I also have received a few more parts including all the bitspower compression fittings, a keyboard and mouse. I have braided up all the fan speed controllers and fans and have all the gpu and ATX cables ready to go in. I am hoping to get the case back sometime this week, i really hope i do, as i want to get this built up and tested!

Hey thanks a lot for the positive comments guys. The reason I opted for the 570 over the 580s is minimal gain in performance opposed to the extra cash you pay for the cards. The reviews are stating a margin of between 6 and 8 percent so it's just not worth it in my opinion. Also once over clocked I will be past the 580s performance so I'm not to concerned. Ps I do air conditioning as int job so your right yes I have air con in my room! ;) I have just had some good news, I may be getting the case back tomorrow so with a bit of luck should be to start getting it built.

The cable management is all temporary hence the cables dangling everywhere. I am also changing all this, getting some dado trunking to separate all data and power cables and a full custom made solid oak desktop.

Well you will be pleased to know, I now have the pc all built up and running, no issues as yet and no leaks! I was on it all weekend and didnt get to bed till late last night that's why I've not been on updating and I'm working away til Friday so will get all my pics up which ive taken when I get back. I must say I am very impressed initially. Just one thing , does someone know the best way to update my Bios, admits currently on f3 and needs doing. I have tried saving it to USB stick and flash but it just says something about image not readable. Any one done this? Thanks

well here are some updated pics!

For anyone interested in the thread heres some pics, just got a few more bits to complete then i will start tweaking things.

Does anyone here have 3 way sli running on 3d surround I think I have a duff gpu so have it at the company I bought all the parts from and they are going to sort it all for me to save me all the hassle. So I can't complain just hope it doesn't take to long.

Forgot to say no it's the 360 for the gpus and running at 18 to 21 on idle and around 34 to 38 after a few hours gaming. The CPU is on the 280 rad in the base and running at 20 on idle and 35 on prime.

yes the silver box is a flow meter. I still havent got the pc back yet hoping to get it back this week, not impressed all that time building it and get a fault, were pretty sure its on one of the GPUs but putting it all back on air to test it as its easier for swapping the components around. Ill keep you updated and get some clocking done once i get it back.

The paint is nice and smooth all over, mirror finish may be just dodgy taken pics. If you mean the front there are 2 parts which I just have to finish of and put on then its all sorted, that's once I get it back!

Well heres some pis of my now new and finished computer room, just waiting on the pc back still whih is taking a while longer than expected! Watch this space though i am suppose to be getting it back this weekend and it will be going where you can see the cables all hanging out ready.

Thanks once again for the comments guys, much appreciated.
However i am least impressed as still havnt got it up and running as it should be. I have been on with a few other techys and we have all come up with the conclusion that the motherboard cant cope with the 3 way sli and the revo drive as one monitor always breaks down and tears etc etc... We have tried everything , different memory, 3 new 570s, i now have 3 580s in the system and thats the same. We are now going to fit the B3 revision and see if there is any tweaks for 3 way sli not just the sata ports. Failing that i am going to try an asus maximus IV extreme which should cope as this has 4 PCIE16 slots onboard. We tried 2 cards and that works fine its just soon as you install 3. We even tried removing the revodrive and using an ssd but to no avail. So hopefully the Asus board is in stock this week. In my other system which some of you may have seen, i have upgraded the a few items to keep me going, i have fitted a Asus P8P67 Pro rev 3 and it is sitting comfortably at 4.5ghz with my 2 280s in it and a 2600k. no issues and runs great til i get my other system back. I have also installed intels new Elmcrest ssd which is rapid. I will get some pics up soon as i get chance and keep you informed on the other build. Ps the lower drive bay was really easy to remove to be honest, just a few rivets holding it in place need drilling out.

Hey again i have just posted a few more pics up of my system that is keeping me going until i get my new one back. I will let you know as soon as i get it, i am pulling my hair out, all that outly and i still havent been able to test it out!
