So yeah, I've had my top spec MacBook Air for like 4 months now which is obviously far too long (if you know me!

) so I've decided to flog it! :eek:

Basically what I intend to do is this; replace with top spec Mac Mini (pending any annoucment from Apple), coupled with this:

Dell S2409W 24" Widescreen LCD Monitor

Connected also will be my Elite Xbox, and Drobo all on desk....

Now since everything will be Black, I want to either spray paint or case transplant the Mac Mini?

Any tips, blog entry attempts etc that you guys have seen? I obviously know about Colorware but thats in America!

Should be easy enough to spray the Alu, and the top can be replaced if i remember rightly. It takes a bit of effort though.

If I were you id pay and get the Alu anodised instead of paint it, It would look incredible.

I don't care, but looking at it on the net, I might as well order from Colorware for a proper job!

Gaffer tape it to the back of the monitor so you don't have to look at it; added bonus you can pretend it's an iMac.

You can buy little cages that fix to the vesa mount points on a monitor.
