I found an excellent review of the Corsair AX1200 here http://www.techradar.com/reviews/pc-mac/pc-components/cases-cooling/power-supplies/corsair-memory-professional-series-gold-ax1200-717088/review

I can't find much about the BeQuiet DP Pro P8 1200 but looking at reviews of the P8 1000W, it appears to be very quiet (in keeping with the name) so you would expect that to be the same for the 1200W version. The Corsair, on the other hand, was criticised for being a bit noisier than the other units on test, but that was the only flaw they could find. They describe it as a stunning PSU.

I would be seriously tempted by the Corsair. And I speak as someone who's Corsair HX620 PSU exploded (no exaggeration) last month after several years of loyal service.
