New PSU needed

My E4500 and Asrock m/b came today and I cant overclock that much whereas many other forum members can.

Im only getting 1.168v to the vcore, I believe this should be 1.325b.

My current PSU has one 12v rail with 18A.

Should I get:

Thanks for the suggestion, I should mention that I would like to spend 50-60 tops (inc delivery).

I dont plan on getting any high powered gfx card, got a 7600gt AGP at the moment which is doing me fine. Got 2 HDDs, one SATA, one IDE, 2 Optical drives, and thats it. I dont plan on upgrading for a year or two.

So, bearing in mind the budget, which would you go for?
 
Of what you listed, the 430w antec earthwatts.

edit - come to think of it, the 380w one would do the job just as well.
