New radiators

I will calculate each room.

What do you mean save space? These rads are thicker than the ones i'm replacing.

Cost wise is only a couple of pounds more per rad.

Only because it's two rads one in front of another.

In my view rads should be under a window and roughly the same width.

sometimes the bigger radiators can also cause trouble even when you set the thermostat to 1 or 2 it might be too hot but obviously they are more powerful too.

someone else mentioned this in one of my other threads about radiators and got me wondering about my setup.

def check the BTU rating though and if those single radiators meet that need then I'd stick with them if I were you.

Make sure if you have enough play on the pipes if you're putting a thicker rad in as they will need to stick out from the wall more.

Living Room - Requires 11102BTU
2 New Radiators - 2 x 7324BTU = 14648BTU

Bedroom 1 - Requires 3251BTU
1 New Radiator - 9391BTU
This seems excessive. A single panel is 5380BTU

Bedroom 2 - Requires 2549BTU
1 New Radiator - 5216BTU

We need to replace all the windows in the property so that should make a difference to the heating as well.
