A b450 max board would probably be fine if you didn't want to spend out on x570.

Before doing that it maybe worth contacting gigabyte customer support or maybe @GIGA-Man can advise.
 
Unfortunately upping the voltage again wouldn't work.

Ill try gigabytes website today.

And on the new motherboard front. If i could pick up an x570 for around 150 it would only be about 50 more than the b450. Only issue is im (clearly) not to great on motherboards so unsure of which is the best deal for the spec etc.

If going for x570 sub £200 then gigabyte and asus have the best options with the gigabyte aorus elite being top pick, for b450s msi have the crown with the b450 tomahawk max, mortar max and pro carbon all exellent options at around the £100 price point.
