New RealSSD M4... sometimes slow boot?

I installed Windows7 64bit onto my 128GB Real SSD M4.

After the bios I get a "loading operating system ........." Which can tick over onto the second line before it finally throws up the windows loading screen.

I've already updated all the drivers and checked TRIM support is enabled.

I have a Z68AP-D3

I have found with either my Vertex (albeit now dead) or my M4 it was always quicker to boot into Windows without my other two mechanical HD's connected.
When I installed Windows I had both the other HD's disconnected and the boot was quite fast.
However as I use S3 sleep most of the time I do not notice how long it takes to boot anyway.

you installed in AHCI mode? is your system 100MB partition on your SSD or your mechanical?
