Ok, I'm allowed to build meself a new AM2 rig!

I have £560 to spend, and with this I need to get:
Case
PSU
CPU
Mobo
Graphics Card
RAM
DVD-RW

I'm currently looking at the following:

CPU: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Socket_AM2_Athlon64.html#aCP_2d164_2dAM

Mobo: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Socket_AM2_Asus.html#aMB_2d147_2dAS

RAM: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Corsair_XMS2_Memory.html#aMY_2d095_2dCS

Graphics: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/7600_Series.html#aGX_2d025_2dBG

Case:
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Antec_Cases.html#aCA_2d012_2dAN

PSU:
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Hiper_Power_Supplies.html#aCA_2d005_2dHP

DVD-RW:
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/DVDRW_Drives.html#aCD_2d037_2dNE

Firstly, what do you guys think? Secondly, do you think theres anything I should change/replace?

I know I've posted tonnes of threads RE: upgrading my current system, but I`m now going to give this one to my brother, but keep on using my Harddrive. When I build my new system, and install my current HDD, what exactly will happen? It won't recognise all of the hardware will it? Is there an activation code or something you need? Cheers guys!

Personaly i would change the PSU. Theres been a lot of those Hipers dying recently, so i'd Reccomend the Seasonic S12 series, or the Enermax Liberty :)

Apart from that, it all looks good :)

Antec SLK3800BUK Black Quiet Midi Tower Case - 400W SmartPower PSU (CA-048-AN)

this case come with a PSU that will be more than adaquate for the needs of the system you are building its a good a case also!

Not really a fan of that case, would really like a side window. Another thing, the motherbaord says " Power Connectors: 4-pin ATX12V connector, 24-pin main power connector"

But the Hiper PSU, along with most, only have 1 single 24-pin right?

Cheers!

X1800GTO's are overall better than 7600GT's

The only game where the X1800GTO gets punished a bit against the 7600GT is Quake 4, but every other game seems to be the X1800GTO as being better.

So imo get the X1800GTO over the 7600GT.
